What it does

Log your period, symptoms, mood and flow in seconds. See clear, honest predictions for your next period and fertile window. With Premium, trend charts show how your cycle length and period length change, a summary tells you how regular your cycles are, and you can turn months of logs into a report for your doctor.

  • Lock Rouge with a PIN, plus Face ID or Touch ID on iPhone, or fingerprint or face unlock on Android.
  • Optional reminders before your period. Lock-screen wording stays discreet unless you change it.
  • Bring in your history from Apple Health on iPhone, or from Health Connect on Android where it is available.
  • Light and dark mode.
  • In 9 languages: English, Español, Deutsch, Français, Português, Italiano, 日本語, 한국어 and 简体中文.
  • Export or delete all your data at any time.

Why we built it this way

  • Private by design

    Your health data never leaves your device. There is no account, no login and no company server holding your cycle dates, symptoms or notes. Rouge does send a small amount of anonymous usage data, never your cycle data, and you can turn it off in Settings. Read the privacy policy.

  • Works offline

    Rouge works fully offline. Logging never waits on a signal, nothing syncs in the background, and the app stays light on data wherever you are.

    A warm, calm design that feels personal rather than clinical, and no selling your data to anyone.
